I went to school to become a die ian and ultimately earn a PhD in exercise physiology, all while studying with some of the best weight loss experts in the world – learning every single fat loss technique that I could use to help people JUST LIKE YOU.


Todd is also the Head of the Under Armour Performance Training Council, works with NFL MVPs, like Drew Brees and LaDainian Tomlinson, and his training and knowledge have brought him all over the world. Heck, he’s been featured on 60 Minutes, had a commercial on ESPN, in the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, and so many others I can’t remember them all.


It was a beautiful spring morning and I was in New York City for a seminar to fitness experts on how to help clients lose fat. While getting ready, I caught a quick glimpse of myself in the mirror and my jaw hit the floor.


The irony is crazy. A seminar on losing fat and I was unhappy with my own results! My wife Kara was pregnant at the time, so that was my own excuse…things got a little too "easy" for me and I gained some unwanted belly fat.


It was early and I woke the poor guy up – he’s out in warm, sunny San Diego, which meant he was 3 hours behind and it was just before 6 AM out there.


But I knew Todd was my guy to turn to for training help. When combined with my nutrition expertise for fat loss…I then had a vision to not only shed some unwanted belly fat myself, but more importantly of how together we could help 10,000′s of people, just like you, breakthrough their own fat loss struggles…
