Seriously, those who don’t know, have no idea what you are feeling and probably think that you are over reacting. But the gripping feeling that held you firmly is as real as it can be to you , it is not a figment of your imagination, and you are not over reacting, you just feel helplessness when the attack comes and felt desperately wanting to control it.


But these drugs are addictive by nature and soon before you know it, the drug is controlling you, entering another vicious cycle.



And that is the reason why I serach libraries, writing and internet for these very remedies. To help my son, who froze in fear, in his younger days, before any performance, presentation or any sports event he has to take part in.


So, he actually misses all his stage related activities, yes all, for the good part of his early grade school, on the very last minute.
